Social Sacrifice

Social Sacrifice was a Facebook campaign developed for Illamasqua, a make-up brand with reinvention at it's heart. The premise was for users to surrender their profiles in return for a chance to win the makeover of a lifetime. The winner’s account would have their entire photo library deleted, they would then be replaced with shots of their starring role in an Illamasqua photoshoot and a life changing trip to the Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro.

The development of the campaign consisted of Facebook's FBML, HTML5 and jQuery along with a LAMP backend to track the users who'd entered the competition.
